How to measure size correctly?

Wear something looser, or ideally measure directly on bare skin to make the measurement as accurate as possible.

How do I know which size and model is best for me?

If your scrotum is larger, we recommend trying a brief. A thong may not be as comfortable and you may not have enough room in it after hiding your scrotum and penis. A firm scrotum is more difficult to flatten sufficiently, so we recommend choosing an extra thick material.

We definitely do not recommend intentionally choosing smaller sizes, because you will most likely not be able to fit into your underwear.

The panties should be tight and stretchy, like a second skin. You should still be able to move around freely, and the material shouldn't cut into your skin anywhere.
If your size is not listed in the tables, it is possible to have your panties made to measure.
