The Klacic STP, or stand to pee packer, presents its meta version, which is specially designed for those who have undergone metoidioplasty. However, this is not a requirement, you can wear the packer without it, you just most likely will not enjoy the STP.

They are similar in appearance and function to traditional STPs . The Estepe naturally allows anyone who does not have a penis to urinate standing up. The Meta Extension Packer is made by Banana Prosthetics and you insert your T-dick into it. Thanks to this, you can urinate standing up whenever you like.

The so-called extender is made of premium silicone, which is durable and flexible, but above all comfortable for standing urination. You will feel like it is a natural part of your body.

We always recommend purchasing a special CocoNuts elastic band with the meta packer. You simply clip the packer to it. This way, the penile prosthesis will naturally follow the movements of your body.
